Esferatros Signs LOI With Vestigo Aerospace

Luxembourg-based startup company ESFERATROS has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Vestigo Aerospace for the utilization of Spinnaker dragsails for the deorbit of their Satellite Carrier (SatCarrier) vehicles. ESFERATROS offers the capability to transport and deploy CubeSats into optimal operational orbits. The ESFERATROS focus on the sustainable use of space is aligned with the Vestigo Aerospace approach to providing end-of-mission deorbit capability. Through the LOI, ESFERATROS states their intention to integrate a Spinnaker dragsail on each SatCarrier unit, and to promote the use of Vestigo Aerospace dragsails with European CubeSat providers.
